Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. 2-Hour Window for Full Refund
We offer a 100% full refund if you change your mind, provided that the refund request is made within 2 hours of the initial purchase/transaction time. To qualify for a full refund, you must contact our support team or submit a refund request within this strict 2-hour timeframe.
2. Post 2-Hour Policy (No Refunds)
Once the 2-hour window has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. After 2 hours, resources are allocated, and processing begins, which makes the transaction non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you are within the 2-hour eligible window, you can request a refund by: Sending an email to: [support@rafytrading.com] Providing your Order ID / Transaction ID and the reason for the refund.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received within the 2-hour timeframe, it will be processed immediately. The refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., Stripe/Credit Card). Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer.
